Safety
Bridges is staffed 24 hours a day. Our doors are locked overnight from 8pm-7am. We have a security guard on duty overnight. Every Member receives an emergency pendent that is answered in-house, 24-7.
Maintaining A Residence
Bridges provides all the Maintenance in the building and your apartment. We provide housekeeping in your apartment every other week and do the laundry. Our Maintenance Department uses a real time web-based Maintenance Request Program to take care of any concerns as quickly as possible.
Unlimited Scheduled Transportation
Bridges provides unlimited transportation throughout Waterloo, Cedar Falls and Evansdale using our fleet of wheelchair accessible vehicles. We don’t limit where you go to certain days of the week or the number of times you can use our transportation. Sign up by 3 o’clock the day before and we will get you where you need to go.
Eating Healthy
Bridges’ Sans Souci Restaurant is open from 7am-6:30pm. We have a daily special and a regular menu that changes seasonally with over 35 items including healthy and gluten-free options and a salad bar.
Rent Freeze Option
Bridges offers a RENT FREEZE option so you never have to worry about your rent going up – EVER! No need to worry about annual rent increases of 3-5% like other places.
